was dx with adenocarcinoma a few months ago, surgery right lung removed no followup..now what? WHere can I find a web site that tells us what next..meaning..what kind of exercises to do to get our breathing back. what do we do for the pain and numbness..how long do we stay off from work? Things like that ..Thanks
