Hello there I am hoping someone can give me some advice, I am 29 years old and 2 1/2 weeks ago I woke up and was having a hard time breathing, I gasp for air every once in a while. after several hospital/doctor visits they said it was pneumonia then they said it was asthma.. the doctor called it hunger for air, I have NEVER had a history of asthma.. he gave me prednisone that helped for the first couple of days and an albuterol inhaler, I am still having trouble breathing, anyone have any suggestions or opinions on what I should do ? my doctor is not doing a thing, please help... thanks
