I was diagnosed in 1992 with Lupus. After 7 years I have finally learned how to cope and where to draw the lines in order to have a "normal" day. But it is hard sometimes to not feel "lazy" when my body is saying rest. What have you done to boost your immune system into a healthier mode? Lynn Marie 43,
