Please read....could this be lupus?

I am at my wits end. I have tried and tried to find out what is wrong with me to no avail.
I have had various blood work done and a few things are out of wack but still no answers.
Somedays I feel okay, others I feel like dying. When I feel bad, I feel like I have a fever (but don't), have mild nausea, bad headaches, slight involuntary muscle twitches in various parts of my body, but especially my face. A rash off and on, mostly on the chest or front trunk area. Flaky skin, neck pain at the base of my neck in the back, and extreme fatigue.
Other stuff too but thats the main ones. And now my blood pressure has gone up and wants to stay there.
I can't take this much more...been going on and getting progressively worse for well over a year now.
Please if anyone has any ideas or thinks this could be lupus or some autoimmune illness, let me know.
