: Hi, I can totally relate to the 'invisible disabilities' messages prior to this one of mine...as I have had systemic lupus for over 35 years severely, and am still hanging on even with all the years of hearing people tell me how very well I am looking and doing, when they know nothing about the illness or how it destroys the quality of life for so many of its' victims!!
: I am the founder and chairperson of a support group and website version of the same group, with land meetings and online meetings...I have the addresses for the two sites of Valley Lupus Support and Valley Lupus Information below and feel free to contact me at anytime with questions and just to chat about your problems with dealing with the insidious and invasive illness of systemic lupus erythematosus:

Hi, I am annie. I am suffering from polyarthritis, fibbromyalgia, and supposidly rhumetoid arthritis. I was doing fine going to college and living my life until recently. Now I can barely type this message for the pain that I am in. My pain is in my tail-bone, both feet and hands, elbows, shoulders and neck. I haven't been this sick in about a year. My distress is that people, family members don't take me seriously. My husband and children are terrific but other just don't seem to understand. I want to apply for my disability but I am afraid. I have been turned down twice and I don't know what to do. I have more documentation than before and doctors. They day that my husband maked too much money(Ha) for mr to get diability. It is a very difficult strain on us financially. do you have any answers or ideasa for me? Sincerely, Annie P.S. I am forty years old.
