Hi. Anybody here familiar with psychiatric disorders caused by tic-borne illnesses? I'm 5 months into a tic bite, have pre-existing psychiatric illnesses but now the 'bugs' as my doc calls them are impairing my ability to think, make coherant decisions, remember anything, increased aggression & imparied cognitive/emotional/mental function for necessary work activities. It's been an obvious decline since pre-tic days. Any help is appreciated.
P.S., I'm going a homeopathic route since I realized these tic illnesses issued about 3 weeks ago. Usually choose to go naturally except for psychiatric meds. Am quite comfortable with that decision but still have terrible work consequences to deal with that arose without me knowing they were tic-related. Also expect a good deal of physical &/or mental anxiety as I tackle the latest round or treatments, knowing homeopathic remedies usually make things worse before they get better.
