Here are some guidelines I got when I went to my Dr.
Essential Fatty Acids;evening primrose oil, black currant seed oil, borage oil, fungal oils(not from capsules but from the mushrooms themselves)Recommendation;4 plant oil capsules and 4 'max epa'(fish oil) daily.
Co-Q10; 2-3 doses of 200-300 mg daily, use until feeling well and exercising regularly.
Vitamin B;50 mg b-complex daily.
Multi-vitamin;therapeutic strength at bedtime.
Magnesium'best source is 'Slo-mag' DO NOT RELY on 'cal-mag'they do not work. 2-4 slo-mag daily.
Daily Acidophilus if on anti-biotics.
NO NO NO Alcohol, excessive caffeine, and avoid stress!
