: Hello, have had lyme for 10 years, been treated for about seven. My current specialist has given up on me, I just never get better permenantly. My regular doc is
: unsure what to do with me, as I live in the SF bay area and there are NO doctors here that are familar with really long term Lyme. I've been to the best world class specialist, and he doesn't are at all anymore.
: I really need support now, and if there's anyone out there that has ben in treatment for a really long time, I'd love to hear from you. THANKS! NANCY
You must learn what the early symptoms of recurring lyme is so you will be able to start treatment early. I don't expect to ever be cured of Lyme but to maintain
a viable life style with minimum symptoms. I use pulse therapy, sort of like Cancer therapy, heavy doses of antibotics for short periods of time.
Pulse therapy helps overcome the drug resistance that develops with long term use. AL H
