Rita from my own personal experience, I think you should really listen to your body. I have always been an avid exerciser. At my worst with Lyme, I could not do anything. Then slowly, very slowly, I started walking. Then I started back with my weight routine. Very slowly. Listen to your body as you are going along, and you will know when it is too much. And when you are are exhausted, achy or just feeling crummy do not push yourself. And do not feel guilty--it is not your fault!
