This website does not send out email.
There are no subscriptions.
Perhaps you posted your email address on the board for a spammer to acquire?
You can block them from your own email. Go to Message at the top of your email page,
click on Block Sender when the offensive message is highlighted.
Your distress is understandable, but Health baords is not sending spam. This potentail
problem is why posting private email addresses on the boards is discouraged.
