Tick in shoulder

Today I have been feeling very lethargic and very sedated. I have also had a very upset stomach in the form of diarrhea and cramps. Later that day, I discovered a tick in my shoulder. I had a relative remove it, and I am curious as to whether or not I have lymes. Any response would be appreciated.
