I was referring to Doc's insisting the symptoms are somatic in nature.

Anyway...if you DID have a TRH test (not a TSH test), then thyroid may well be ruled put.
If you did not, then I submit to you that your thyroid problem still may be undiagnosed.

But proper nutrition does support the nuerotransmitters, and thyroid disfunction CAN affect nutrient assimilation, as well as cause lack of nutrient assimilation. It is a vicious circle.
Much more involved than we often realize.

I just know that I am now recieving treatment and am recovering as a result. And my thyroid was deemed fine by many docs for many years. And also seems fine now, but it was not fine for my personal needs. There is no true norm or standard for all folks. Symptoms are the key.

You asked for relationships between diseases, and I provide what I know by research and by experience. But if you are so sure, that is fine.
