Are you seeing an Infectious Disease doc? You can show a negative and still have the Lyme Disease. I know now with Lyme a person has to go by the symptoms not the blood test. You should find out first if your pain is inflamation in the muscle, tendons or fibrous tissue or is it in the bone. A blood test for c-reative protien and sed rate should be taken and a bone scan. Find out first where is the root of the pain coming from. An Infect. Disease doc can do these test.
