I have had high suspision of Lyme by MD do to sx and numerous bites (100-300). I have been on abx which have over past 2 weeks helped clear my mind to almost normal but still at night I get: cramps in claves and many muscles, twitching in feet and calves, joint pains even in hands and wrists(thought it was supposed to be knees), burning headach on left temple and painful around and behind eye with some bluring of vision in both. I also have wierd strong tast in my mouth even when off abx I had this. Tremor has decreased at night but exercise makes it and spasms worse. Liver enzymes (AST/ALT) go up 2-3 fold and back down all the time even when not on abx. Never get a fever but night time is terrible. Does lyme usually get much worse late in the day or is this something else (wish test was strong neg or pos and not equivocal). Thanks
