Lyme

I need to know what is a positive lyme test? I finally convinced my doctor to give me a second lyme test and he said that it was neg. because it was less than 1% I found out June of 99 that I had it. now my knees are bad constant headaches and everything. I have had numerous blood tests done because of the swelling and coldness of my leg since Janurary but all the doctors keep telling me that there is nothing wrong with me. Anyboby else have swelling of the legs? They also have checked me for blood clots but nothing there either.
