I have chronic lyme disease and have desperate need of information and advice of others who have experience in dealing with Principal Health Insurance Company and/or Admar Med Network. I'm drowning under reams of statements and denials for payments and their insistance on changing Drs prescriptions from the meds that work for me and the ones that they want me to take and I feel that they threaten my doctors with laborious "medical reviews" and repeated "losses and requests of records and tests." I can't cope with trying to remember and defend...and I feel hopeless in ever being able to organize and resolve even one problem, much less dozens, while being buried even further under piles of paperwork and provider/creditor bills. Is there a service that does this for you? I am too sick and have few resources. It seems outrageous that my husband pays $400/mon+++++ to be abused this way!
