Yes you can get symptoms that quickly. I became extremely ill two weeksafter a tick bite. Make sure you see a Lyme knowledgeable doctor. Lyme needs continuous, aggressive treatment. A brand new infection of a couple weeks needs a minimum of 6 weeks of antibiotics. Please make sure you do this.
