For several years I have been having pain in my right hip and never associated it with Premenopause syndrome until reading your posts. For the past year, I have had severe acne on my face, chin and back of my ears. This has been driving me crazy for I never really had serious acne as a preteen or teenager and I am now 39years. My periods have been a noticeably heavier and then last month it took 5 days to actually get the blood flowing. I would only see signs of the period when I urinated but in the mean time I have this internal trembling as if I had to much caffeine. I am always worried about being sick and dying and because of this, I get very little sleep. I am a single mom and my children are working well with me. My daughter is 17yrs and she says up with me alot to help talk me through my midnight hours. I also feel like there are very tiny insects of some sort crawling on my face. Is this it? I NEED HELP FOR I AM GOING INSANE.
