My Dr. OK'd this and I cant find too much on this method. I am 45 with regular painful hard periods. I also take Natural Progesterone Cream for the last 2 years and it works well for PMS and I sleep like a baby. I want to know if anyone has info about whether I should do both. Dr John R Lee's book about "What your doctor may not tell you about perimenopause" frowns on the pill. I have to at least try this or I can never leave the house during my period (the last 2 days).
