i started having hot flashes and nights sweats months ago so my dr put me on .625 mgs of premarin and 5 mgs of medroxyprogesterone in august of this year. since then i have not had a period - is this what happens? i am 52 and i'm sure i must be going through the change...any ideas? do these hormones stop your periods?
