I have not been here in a while, but when I read this I had to respond. I hope you read this. I went through all this. It drove me crazy. The throat thing ,awlful. I was 38 when this all started. I went to dr. after dr. they tried to get me to take tranqullizers:,a vacation away from my husband, take a lover. my test all came back pretty good. But I knew something was wrong.AI slight thyroid disfunction showed up. So they figured that was the problem.I wanted to know why this was happening. no answers. It was very difficult for me to find a dr. to treat me with hrt...I did the research and figured out that it was menopause. I started on the pills and it changed my life. Many drs. just don't understand. We can have early menopause without anything showing up on tests, but it sure shows up in our bodies. I'm 57 now and for me it has been no picnic. Hang in there and read up. Good luck!
