HELP!! My mother is going through menopause and is breaking up our family>

I am 22yrs old and have always dealt with my mothers depression problems etc.. Ever since she has been starting out with this menopause sh*t (excuse the french) she is tearing our family apart and can't speak without yelling. I don't no what to do. All i do no is it's getting very difficult to deal with. Are there any medications she can take to relax? She is supposed to be on zoloft but claims she's fine without it. Please I really need advice. --marianna
