I am desperate for anything that will decrease number/severity of hot flashes. I'm a 50 y/o female who had a right mastectomy in July 1999. After chemo and radiation I'm now taking Tamoxifen. No signs of menopause prior to surgery. Have tried a low dose of Paxil without noticeable relief. Help!
