: I have just turned twenty and have noticed over the last year that I am having problems with my sperm. I have had several sexual partners (female)and have never had difficulty in this department, but of late on examining the contents of condoms I have noticed that there are little lumps of what seem like gel in my seamen, it does not hurt when I ejaculate. I was wondering what this means and what should I do. This is a VERY embarrasing topic for me hence my decision to remain anonymus.

An ejaculation contains two substances. One which is usually white/cream in color that is know as seminal fluid which helps in the ejaculation process. The other, which is often yellowish and jel like is the actual sperm. Sounds like you're perfectly normal and can father children so be careful!
