Hi, guys
I'm 55, and still pretty active sexually, but over the past (maybe) ten years, my ejaculatory volume
and force have declined.
I find that I can hold off ejaculating a number of times to build up the force of ejaculating
(worth learning - it's a blast!), and that this does increase the volume somewhat.
But it doesn't do anything for the force.
Physiologically, the problem seems to be that I've lost the pulsing of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles
in my pelvic floor - the ones you can use to shut off urination but which (I think I'm right about this) are
also accessory to the action of the prostate and seminal vesicles.
My anatomy's a bit rusty, so if anyone out there can:
(i) Straighten me out on the description - that would be neat... or
(ii) Give me some real, no-nonsense, bolt-down advice on getting my ejaculatory force up again
(one to two feet of spray length would really impress my partner!)
- I'd be real grateful.
Hope all's well with you guys.
p.s. Sex at 55 is just as good as it was at any age - it depends a real big lot on how much you
put your defenses down let your partner in to your life, and on how much you're prepared to give.
Simple, eh?
