: Hi, guys
: I'm 55, and still pretty active sexually, but over the past (maybe) ten years, my ejaculatory volume
: and force have declined.
: I find that I can hold off ejaculating a number of times to build up the force of ejaculating
: (worth learning - it's a blast!), and that this does increase the volume somewhat.
: But it doesn't do anything for the force.
: Physiologically, the problem seems to be that I've lost the pulsing of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles
: in my pelvic floor - the ones you can use to shut off urination but which (I think I'm right about this) are
: also accessory to the action of the prostate and seminal vesicles.
: My anatomy's a bit rusty, so if anyone out there can:
: (i) Straighten me out on the description - that would be neat... or
: (ii) Give me some real, no-nonsense, bolt-down advice on getting my ejaculatory force up again
: (one to two feet of spray length would really impress my partner!)
: - I'd be real grateful.
: Hope all's well with you guys.
: p.s. Sex at 55 is just as good as it was at any age - it depends a real big lot on how much you
: put your defenses down let your partner in to your life, and on how much you're prepared to give.
: Simple, eh?
Do kegels, start with 20 and work up to 300 a day. It will not only make a difference in your ejaculatory force but will give you harder erections and some ejaculatory control. In a month you'll notice the change.
