I just recently got out of a long relationship with a girl. While we were still dating I developed a bump or I guess what you would call a lymph node the size of a pea on my testicles. My testicles also have become very itchy. The bump disappears and a new one appears in a different area within days. The bumps are very hard and just last week I developed one on the shaft of my penis. Already it has gone away and a new one is back on my testicles. I haven't had any discharge or pain. Could this be an STD? Yeast or other type of infection? Other? This girl was the first one I'd been with and I have my doubts as to whether she was faithful or not so this has me kinda worried. Any input or personal experience you can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
