Hi,
I'm 12 but I usually mistaken for 16. About a year ago I started getting little white bumps on my sac it seemed to spread and is now on my lower shaft. someone else had a similar question and said they look like white pimples and you see them the most when its stretched. What are they? Someones response was that they are starting of hair follicles? HELP!
