OK, look - the suggested amount of water to drink in one day is 8, 8 ounce glasses!
Thats 64 ounces per day, every day, it means "above and beyond" the rest of a normal day's food and beverages!
It's not so hard to figure out!
BUT - drinking that much water will cut down on the amount of food you eat because you will not have that "hungery" feeling. So, drink - its healthy, in more ways than one!
