I'm a 21 year old male, 6'4 around 255 lbs, looking to lose some weight to get in shape for hockey season. Been losing weight quite steadily but I can't seem to get rid of my breasts. Its quite embarassing and I have to wear sweaters or layered T-shirts to hide it. I have had these since I was around 16 but thought they would go away once my baby fat went away.

Is there any work out technique or medication I can take? Any help would be great!
