Hi Kev right on!!! there are other +++ also, for me I even drink a glass before I go to bed even though I have to get up once during the night, I use to be stiff in my joints in the morning, but now can bounce oput of bed with no trouble (am in my 60's) it also helps to flush toxins out of your system, I eat less, do not crave sugar snacks, and have lost over 5 lbs in the last month. read the book "Your bodys many cries for water"
