If you feel that sure that something is wrong - best action is to see your Doctor, I understand this can be embaresing, can you first talk with your Dad or an Uncle or older brother that can help?
If that is not an option, call your Doctors office, explain you need to talk with the Doc. don't be shy, tell him/her your problems, nothing you say will "shock" the Doc.
If you need to talk to your Mom just be honest, explain to her you think you are having problems and NEED to talk to another GUY.
Please take this advice, it's better having a little embaresment, than find out something major in a year or two.
