You could have epididimitis. Its an infection much like a bladder infection but if left untreated it could cause sterility from scarring to the epididimus. Get it checked out. Usually cured with antibiotics.

This type of pain indicates that the testilce has an interupption in its blood supply and tissue death can occur within just a few hours.
