Glad you wrote! Sounds just like an ingrown pubic hair or even a pimple. Leave it alone and just watch to see if it changes in size or color. Most likely it will go away after a few days. IF it doesnt and you notice any changes you might want to get checked by a doc. I doubt that it would be cancer but I'm not a doc! Hope all goes well!
