: : Yesterday i noticed a annoying pain in my right testicle, sorta behind the testicle. It doesn't really hurt that much but it is a nagging pain that feels like it does a few minutes after being kicked in the balls. The pain lasted for 2 or 3 hours and came back at night and today...any advice.

: Probably nothing to worry about, however, if pain persists for more than a couple of days, becomes persistent or suddenly changes to a sharp intense pain see a doctor immediately. This type of pain indicates that the testilce has an interupption in its blood supply and tissue death can occur within just a few hours.
I have had chronic pain in the area behind my right testicle for three years. I was diagnosed with everything -- spermatocele, varicocele, epididymitis, appendix torsion -- I was even told my IBS might be a factor. When I finally couldn't take it anymore (I also got tired of warm baths and eating anti-inflammatories like they were tic-tacs), I went for an exploratory surgery. Turns out, I did have appendix torsion. Now, normally, the appendix twists, does, and falls off. Mine had not fallen off, and proceeded to twist five times! Don't suffer! If the pain is not going away, find a doctor you can trust and do what i did. If it is recurring appendix torsion, cut that mother out.
