My wife and I have been married for 20 years and active sexually 4 years before that. Over the years I have become increasingly more sensitive during intercourse and can not control ejaculation. No matter how hard I try I can not hold back. This has had a severe impact on the enjoyment my wife has with sex to the point where she is no longer interested.
Unfortunately for me, my sex drive has not subsided. I have been to doctors and phycologists about this issue. I have tried all the standard techniques for trying to delay ejaculation. I have tried taking Prozac but everything has failed. I have been considering Viagara in combination with controlled ejaculation intervals.
I normally don't have an erection problem but if during my attempts to supress ejaculation some semen is released then my erection starts to fade. This has an obviously negetive effect on my wife which only makes things worse for me.
Apart from turning 41 in Febuary the only physical change I have experienced in the last 7 years has been a vasectomy. I haven't experienced any volumetric reduction of semen ejaculation, all that seems normal.
I really need help with this. I am open to anything that will work.
