That is pretty common. Your equipment sorta shuts down so that urine doesn't mix with the ejaculation. After ejaculating, there is still some seminal fluid in the tubing that continues to "dribble" out. It may take a bit for you to be able to urinate with seminal fluid/sperm still in the urethra. It would be common because of the consistency of the sperm, it might be difficult for urine to pass through. However, a good pee usually cleans things out! Don't give up!
