I'm 17 and have never had sex. About two years ago I started to notice little bumps..sort of in rows on the upper half of my penis head and on the area where the head meets the shaft. I dont think it could be an STD seeing as I havent had any sexual contact...any ideas???? They never hurt at all, never get more, never go away..who knows..any input would be helpful! Thanks..oh and I am uncircumcsed if that makes a difference
