DOn't know if I can help but a couple of questions. How much "release" are you having? Could it be possible that your testicles are full and need more action? Sometimes it is common for the oversensitive feeling after ejaculation so I'm not sure I'd worry about that. As for the prostate, have you been checked by a doc? This is something that you don't want to mess around with so I think I'd make an appt and let a doc examine it to make sure things are OK there.
