I AM IN EXACT SAME BOAT... i am 19.. and i have those annoying "bumps" around the head of penis it sounds like what you are talking about is "pearly penile papules"
and not to worry... i am told they are normal..
but still .... i want more information on what causes "ppp"... and a easy solution to the "PPP" problem......
