: John, I've had a very similar experience, but in my left testical. Done an ultrasound, antibiotics, advils, etc..., with little or no results. Been going on now for about 6 or 7 weeks. Mine is worse as the day goes on and during more vigorous activity. Laying down on my back provides almost instant and complete relief, but as soon as I do anything to aggrivate it, it hurst again (very touch sensitive in the back). Let me know if you find any help, and I'll do the same. This sucks!

: I have had a soreness/discomfort in my right testicle for almost a month. I saw my physician who checked me out and found my testicles to be fine free of any abnormalities and my urine to be normal. He put me on an antinflammatory for 8 days and said it was probably a serious contusion and that it would most likely go away with the pills. The discomfort continues three days after I finished taking the pills he gave me even though I continued taking Advil. The discomfort is not constant and most noticeable in the morning. Should I see a urologist?
