: Hi, i've been shaving/trimming my pubic hairs lately (the edges of the hairgrowth area) and i've been getting red bumps. anyone know how to avoid this in the first place, or how to get rid of it? thanks.

First to heal the area use some Hydrogen Peroxide on the area after you shave and some Antibiotic Ointment to help heal it. Also don't use hand soap to shave get some shaving cream or baby oil and a use clean razor. About razors use a a good razor I use Mach3 its about the best you can find. It will take a bit for you skin to get use to the blade on the area shave with the grain then you shoud be ok.
good shaving
