as per your reply, i would like to tell you that it "doesn't" itch when its sweaty at all . however it itches when its high hanging and in the cold. the problem is, i dont know wether its the hair or the skin that makes it itch. and it itches mostly between the penis and the scrotum.it turns red after i itch
