Not the most exciting of topics I know, but it's something that's been getting me down quite a lot recently. Basically..I'm 16, about 5'9"(ish) and my weight for months and months has hovered around...wait for it....8 stone (50kg ish). I realise this is low and I am underweight. I do, however have a small bone structure which is more feminine (narrow shoulders etc). However, even then, my weight is still regarded as lowish for females of the same height.
I appreciate the fact that I am still young and (hopefully) still developing (though I feel there isn't much left to develop), but I try to eat healthily, and I know I do eat a lot. I just don't understand why I can't put on weight as I do eat very well and lead a healthy lifestyle!
Any suggestions or general replies will be greatly appeciated and wanted desperately!
