I am 20 and this problem just started about a year and a half ago, right after I masturbate I start to feel like I have to urinate, and if I don't it starts burning, but if I do, it still starts to burn but worse and hurts like hell for about 45 mins, if I take a bath when it does it, it usually helps a little. Also there is a bump on the underside of my penis about an inch and a half down from the head, right where the skin gets real soft, the bump is under the skin, but it is on top of the skin like a mole, the skin is normal colored over the bump, but the bump looks like black or purple very small pearl. The skin is open over the bump on a very small part. There is no pain associated with it other than normal pain if I squeeze it. I am cut. Please help me, If I go to a doctor then I will get b*tched at by my girlfriend who thinks I have a disease, and this should be my punishment for getting the disease. I have only been with 2 girls, the first was a virgin, and this happened before the second.
