I am 39 years old and have recently been experiencing a small amount of discomfort in my penis during ejaculation and some of my semen is in jello like clumps that are sort of yellow. I don't have any urination problems. It feels like a something is scraping its way along the urethra before it comes out. I'm assuming its the part of the semen that is thick and jello like. Thanks in advance for any advice.
