I had very similar problems. My testicles were the most unconfortable thing. The cipro did noyhing for me. Prosta-Q helped some. I have also used saw palmetto it also seemed to work. This problem really sucks. I wish I had the answer. Watching your diet helps a lot. No spicy foods, no caffine, and take it easy on the alcohol. Good Luck
