Hello, Asian male!
It has been my experience that hair growth is to some extent limited by your genetic make up. In other words, if you have no body hair at all in adulthood, the most you can do is to have some body hair but not plenty of body hair. In the case that somebody has some body hair, then he can grow some more, and resemble some sort of completeness. In your case, you have to decide if you want to remain like you are right now, or if you prefer to have some body hair, but please do not expect to have a lot of it.
