I thought the peyronies disease was the severe curving of one's penis and that in very severe cases surgery could be done to correct it. How long ago did this injury happen and how long have you had the pain? Did you see a doc? If not, I'd start there. Painful erections should be treated by a doc and they certainly aren't something you should have to live with. Good luck!
