Is there a reason for the itchy? Could it be an STD? Where is the itch (scrotum, penis, area under the scrotum on the legs/groin area?) Often when we sweat we can irritate the skin and that will itch (jock itch.) I'd try using some powder (like Baby powder or Gold Bond) If you still have the itch then try a jock itch spray (Lotrimin A/F) worked for me. If those don't work then I'd be seeing a doc for some other remedy.
